We do not think that multitudinous stress is caused by external factors such as work, school, family, friends, disease, but in fact these factors are not stressful events on their own. It is our comments and our inner reactions that make them stressful. People can interpret different events as stressful and strase can react differently. In other words, it is not the external factor which is the determining factor for stress but the interaction between it and the person.
