One of the must be items of technology management is project management in today's world and it guarantees if the work is done in a disciplined way and if it can be monitored. When going to this objective, eliminating obstacles is opening a path to teams.
But technology management is a whole. improvement activities, communication activities, used platforms, tools, competence level of employees, managerial facts, steps that are followed in improvement of processes and most importantly managements point of view are in a tight relationship between companies strategies and culture.

What should be done is to apply this to your business structure in line with the path you constructed.
During application while doing specific determination and definition, you should never forget the employees who will process and live these operations. When applying new structures, first you should win your employees. A process that is not embraced by the employees is hard to continue, to create an added-value in line with the costs these changes should be assimilated, employees that believe in the process and supports them will be obtained with communication and education.
